  1. Drain and press the tofu (2 blocks) for 10 minutes

  2. Cut tofu into half-inch cubes and mix in a bowl with 2 tbs olive oil, salt, and pepper

  3. Air fry tofu at 400F for 20 min until crispy

  4. Cook noodles (15 ¾ oz)according to package instructions and set aside

  5. Heat 2 tbs of oil in a wok on high heat and sauté vegetables until softened

  6. Add the noodles into the wok with the sauce; mix well and cook until sauce thickens

  7. Build bowls and top with tofu and sesame seeds
